What is positive thinking? Positive thinking is an art of living, it's like an inner compass that shapes your reality.

It truly represents a transformative force. In this article, I take you to discover the profound and often underestimated power of positive thinking. You will also find keys and positive affirmations to cultivate it on a daily basis

The foundations of positive thinking

Understanding the power of thoughts

There was a time when humans were conscious of thought. They knew that she was alive, carrying worlds and active. Naturally they could discern good and bad thoughts. She was a barometer that indicated to them the nature of the influences that surrounded them and wanted to enter their lives. They were able to reject bad thinking and cultivate, strengthen that which was faithful to what they believed to be right and good. Not only did they know how to banish bad thoughts, but they were able to put them in their rightful place to prevent them from causing harm and spreading. They knew that behind thoughts there are subtle worlds and beings.

Today we have lost this knowledge. Human beings are unconscious of their thoughts. He is used to breathing, speaking, eating, sleeping, living with ruminating thoughts. He is convinced that thought is not alive and active. Human beings have lost this intimate sense that thought is a subtle, clairvoyant and incredibly delicate organ.

The deterioration of the organ of thought will increase because the magnetic fields and the waves generated by electricity continue to grow.

Imagine that every thought is a seed. It's up to you to know which seeds you want to plant. Seeds of love, peace or seeds of resentment, sadness, anger? We must therefore begin to understand the profound influence that our thoughts have on our lives.

Thoughts also directly influence the way we perceive the world around us. If you look at life in pink or life in black, it's not at all the same thing! Likewise, if you look through the filter of positive thinking, your challenges can become opportunities, your failures lessons. It can still change your whole life!

Thoughts are not abstract things floating around in our minds. They are living forces that have incredible power.

Eliminating negative thoughts

Understanding the power of thoughts is the crucial first step, but to fully embrace positive thinking, it's just as important to identify and eliminate the negative thoughts that can hinder our drive towards a fulfilling life.

Recognizing toxic thought patterns

Negative thoughts can take many forms, from incessant self-doubt and self-criticism to constant worry. Becoming aware of these toxic thought patterns is essential to neutralizing them. Keep a diary of your daily thoughts, examine them objectively and identify recurring patterns that could be sabotaging your emotional well-being.

Replace with positive affirmations (images, words or mantra)

Eliminating negative thoughts is not just about deletion, but also about replacement. This involves first of all paying attention to your thoughts, observing them. As soon as you identify a negative thought, consciously replace it with a positive affirmation. For example, transform "I can't do it" into "I can...". This practice strengthens the positive thinking muscle and creates an encouraging inner dialogue.

Practicing mindfulness

Pay attention to the present moment without judgment. Practicing mindfulness allows you to slow down the course of negative thoughts. You have time to observe them with a certain perspective. By being aware of your thoughts, you can choose not to be drawn into harmful ones. You will feel much better, calmer and more serene.

Cultivate acceptance

Sometimes certain negative thoughts are generated by complicated or conflicting situations that we cannot change. It is not a question of giving in but of changing one's outlook on the situation, simply looking at it as it is.

The key is to focus on what's working instead of what's going wrong. As I mentioned a little above, thought is like a seed. So focus only on the positive! You'll gain energy for the things that really matter to you.

Symbols for cultivating better thoughts

I always say that sacred geometry symbols are incredible tools. They can be used in so many different ways!

Above all, symbols bring us back to the center. But the center of what? And good for you yourself! They are a reflection of what you could be by being aligned with your deeper self. This is why they attract us so much! And as they are connected to powerful, true and therefore positive energies, they also allow you to cultivate positive thoughts.

Harmonization of energies:

All sacred geometry symbols are based on harmonious geometric structures. If you meditate, simply rest your eyes on these symbols, or even carry them with you, you can feel a sense of harmony and balance, and calm.

Focus and meditation:

I don't know if you have ever tried meditating with symbols but it is an enriching experience in many ways. They serve as your focal point during meditation. It helps calm the mind, reduce mental noise and promote concentration.

Spiritual resonance:

Sacred geometry symbols have this ability to raise consciousness. When you connect to symbols, you feel a deeper connection with yourself and with something larger than yourself. The important thing is to do it without putting a concept into it. You have to let yourself be absorbed by their energy. This can generate a great feeling of peace inside you.

Artistic inspiration:

Sacred geometric shapes are found in sacred art and architecture. These harmonious forms are a way to connect to the universe and the beneficial forces it contains. In the same way, if you choose to surround yourself with works or objects with sacred geometry, you will positively transform all the energies in your interior. You create an inspiring visual space filled with positive thoughts.

Raising consciousness:

Certain sacred geometry symbols, such as the Sri Yantra in Hindu tradition, are associated with the elevation of consciousness. By meditating on these symbols, or carrying them on oneself, one can aspire to higher states of consciousness.

How can positive thinking influence and change your life?

Positive thinking has the profound power to influence and transform your life in many ways.

Better management of stress, well-being and resilience:

When you are optimistic, you reduce stress, anxiety and depression. You feel better and have more energy. This then allows you to face challenges with a much more constructive perspective.

We don't see things the same way when we're positive. That is to say, an obstacle can, for example, be perceived as a learning opportunity. It is no longer an insurmountable barrier. You see what I mean ? When you are faced with a difficult situation, positive thinking acts as an emotional shield. It strengthens your resilience, and this allows you to bounce back more quickly after failures or difficult times.

Overall, positive thinking contributes to an overall happier and balanced state of mind. It allows you to find joy in the little things in life and appreciate present moments. This creates an upward spiral of well-being and optimism.

Improved relationships:

Positive attracts positive! Have you ever noticed it? By cultivating positive thinking, you spread optimistic energy around you. This greatly improves the relationships you have with others.

Increased self-confidence:

Focus your attention on your strengths rather than your weaknesses. When you focus on the positive you attract the positive and it feels good! It encourages you to take on new challenges and pursue your goals with determination.

Creation of opportunities:

A positive mindset always opens doors to new opportunities. This can lead to rewarding experiences and personal growth.

The power of positive thinking

Norman Vincent Peale said: “Change your thoughts, and you will change your world.” I think this is a good summary! It shows us how our thoughts can influence our perception and experience.

Albert Einstein, physical and thinking genius, also shared his wisdom on positive thinking. "Life is like a bicycle, to stay balanced you have to move forward", expressing the idea that constant progress is an essential component of a balanced life.

Beautiful phrases, often rooted in personal development, play a crucial role. Nelson Mandela, emblem of resilience, uttered words that still resonate today: "I never lose. Either I win, or I learn." This approach transforms every failure into a learning opportunity, illustrating the power of positive thinking even in difficult times.

In the context of mental health, positive thinking is positioned as a pillar. It offers a bright perspective even in the dark, underlining the need to take care of our emotional well-being.

Positive thinking is not just a magic formula, but the best way to navigate the complex world around us. The United States, as a land of diversity and opportunity, has seen many brilliant minds illustrate the power of positive thinking.

In short, positive thinking is not just a philosophy, but a driving force for creating a meaningful life. By embracing positive quotes, exploring positive psychology, and recognizing the silver lining, we pave the way for ongoing personal development. In this way, positive thinking becomes a compass in our journey through this complex world, offering valuable lessons even in moments of failure.
