This plate makes it easy to energise water, drinks and food on a daily basis. The central symbol supports a harmonious transmission of energy, while the colour choice allows you to orient the energising according to your current needs.

Energising water and drinks

Place your bottle, carafe or glass directly at the centre of the plate, on the symbol.
Recommended time: 5 to 10 minutes.
For deeper energising: up to 30 minutes.

Energising food

The plate can be used for:
