The round Triskelion energising plate combines Celtic symbolic geometry with a modern approach to energising. The Triskelion, an ancestral figure composed of three spirals, is represented here in a dextrorotary direction, meaning it turns to the right — a direction traditionally associated with activation and energising.
The Triskelion: a symbol of movement and life
The Triskelion is the Celtic symbol par excellence. Its name comes from the Greek triskelês, meaning “three legs”. In Breton culture, it refers to the “three rays” and is often associated with the sun, vitality and radiance. It traditionally represents three dynamic forces — water, air and fire — with the earth as the central point of balance.
The spiral shape of its arms symbolises life in motion, evolution and vitality. The direction of rotation is essential: in its dextrorotary form, as on this plate, the Triskel promotes activation, circulation and energetic dynamism.
Energising water and drinks
Place your bottle, carafe or glass directly at the centre of the plate.
Recommended time: 5 to 10 minutes.
For more intense energising: up to 30 minutes.
The energised water becomes more pleasant to drink and naturally accompanies your daily moments, bringing a sense of flow, vitality and movement.

Energising food
The plate can be used for:
• Fruit, vegetables, prepared meals or dry foods
• Recommended time: 10 to 20 minutes before consumption
The dextrorotary Triskelion helps restore a more vibrant and dynamic energy to food, without effort or complex handling.
Other possible uses
• Cleansing and recharging stones (30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the stone)
• Support for meditation, inner movement or energetic circulation
• Food preparation and cutting (resistant glass plate)
Why a dextrorotary Triskelion?
The Triskelion can be represented in two directions of rotation. In its levorotary form (turning left), energy tends to disperse. In its dextrorotary form (turning right), as on this plate, the movement supports activation, energising and vital momentum, making it particularly suitable for energising water and food.
