7 ways to increase your vibrational frequency
In our constant quest for balance and well-being, increased vibrational frequency emerges as a key concept, offering a holistic perspective on life. Meditation, as an essential component, serves as a gateway to higher vibrations, promoting inner peace and mental clarity. At the same time, managing negative emotions is a crucial element in raising our energy field, thus releasing positive potential within our being.
The impact of trees on our well-being should not be underestimated, as they contribute to our connection with the element of the universe and the elevation of our vibrations. A simple walk in the forest can transform an ordinary day into a revitalizing experience, creating harmony with nature.
Building a daily routine focused on positive thinking and raising awareness of our self-esteem are fundamental pillars for achieving higher levels of consciousness. This process extends beyond the individual, including caring for others and exchanging positive energies, thereby strengthening our immune system.
The notion of the Bovis scale, measuring energetic vibrations, becomes a valuable tool in this quest for high frequencies. Avoiding bad vibes and engaging in positive events, whether during a regenerating weekend or through participation in inspiring experiences, helps maintain vibrational balance.

What is the vibrational frequency?
The vibrational frequency or vibration is a way of describing your general energetic state. Like an instrument or any other object, our body vibrates at a certain frequency. And it is important to know that your well-being will also depend on the vibratory rate of all the elements that surround you (a bit like a law of affinity).
If, when encountering difficulties in your life, you lower your immune defenses, you open the doors of your being without discernment and let all the influences penetrate you, then it is certain that several levels of vibratory states will coexist without necessarily vibrating in unison.
For example, one moment, you are in joy and just after, you are in sadness. You can even experience the 2 vibratory states at the same time, but in different regions of your being.
If one day you are in serenity and the next day in anger, or with the eye of empathy and the next day with the eye of evil, you weaken your vibrational frequency. This requires a learning of self-control, which is not obvious every day.
Learn to remain in the permanence and in the control of the breath of your being. There is a science and a permanent state of being in your breath that allows you to regulate and harmonize all vibrations on your base note.
Imagine that you are a musical instrument. You have to look at what notes you are emitting. Are they harmonious or disharmonious? And most importantly, are the notes on your score going to be equal?
Your primary note must set the tone for all the vibrations that will emanate from you and also for all those that will approach you to unite. It must be a harmony, a melody, a rapture.
If you are not in the consciousness of vibrations, in the natural mastery, in the good rhythm, the melody, the beautiful harmony, it shows that you are not in perfect health.
How can you be healthy if you are disturbed, deregulated by states of being, influences, events that you do not control and that you are not able to assimilate and bring into the tone and rhythm?
If it is impermanence that governs, then the body and all the organs of the being are solicited in disharmony, in the imbalance of opposite reactions. The mind, the heart, the will are saturated with vibrations that oppose calm, serenity, openness and clarity.
Knowing the world of vibrations is important and we must train ourselves to maintain our vibratory state in great harmony.
I know that we will look for justifications, for the causes of illness outside. This really requires work and a willingness to go back inside ourselves. And it's also easier to say that it's the other person's fault... it's reassuring in a way.
But if you are attracted by the symbols of sacred geometry, which are centered symbols (and therefore bring you back to your own center), it's not a coincidence either!
Going back to our score story, every day practice playing the same melody and staying with it no matter what. There may be slight nuances, and you should be aware of them, but you should not stray from the basic melody and harmony of the whole.
So, if you play the serenity tune, you must learn to remain serene in all situations while controlling the vibrations that enter and leave through the breathing atmosphere. Not easy in our time when everything is done to unbalance you and lead you towards nothingness. My best advice is to turn off the television and stop watching or reading the news. All this intoxicates your thoughts, your feelings, your balance!
Understand that if you let this toxicity live in you, it becomes difficult to maintain a high vibrational frequency. What will live in you is what you will put your eyes on, put in your ears.
How do we know if our vibrational frequency is low or high?
If your vibrational frequency is low, it may be useful to ask yourself why this is the case: negative thoughts, anxiety, illness, geobiological problems in your home etc. Sit down and take stock of your personal situation.
If your vibrational frequency is high, then you probably already know! You feel wonderful. Your thoughts, feelings and actions are perfectly aligned and you are where you should be. You feel in tune with the cosmos and your environment.
And the important thing to know is that your well-being will also depend on the vibrational frequency of all the elements that surround you (a bit like a law of affinity). If your vibrational frequency is, for example, 12,500 Bovis units, people, objects or places at vibrational frequencies below your 12,500 BU will not suit you: you will not feel comfortable, and in the long run, this will affect your physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual health by lowering your own vibratory rate.
This is why it is essential to try to surround yourself with elements that are at least in affinity with this 12,500 UB radiation (objects, home, places, people, food, music, animals, thoughts, emotions, etc.)
In the same way, avoid surrounding yourself with people filled with negative energies.
How to calculate and measure the human vibrational frequency
To measure the vibrational frequency, we use the Bovis biometer or Bovis scale. This device is essential to calculate the exact energetic vibration. It determines the value in Bovis units (BU) of a living being, an object or a place.
The Bovis units can also be measured with a pendulum, by the way of dowsing. And, we can also use our body to measure the vibrational frequency. The body becomes the instrument, as the pendulum can be. Some have developed this ability better than others, simply!
With the pendulum, unlike the biometer, we will obtain a value that is a little less exact and less "scientific". This intuitive technique can be used in everyday life, without any major investment, to get an approximate idea of the frequencies that surround us.
We can measure the vibrational frequency of everything that exists.
We can therefore know the Bovis units and thus the vibrational frequency of a food, of any object, of an organ, of a person, of a room in a house (or of an entire building), of an animal, of a plant, of a place (common or sacred), but also of a spiritual, energetic or emotional state, using the consequent graduation.
In principle, the value of 12,500 Bovis units should be taken as neutral for the health of an average person.
The vibrational frequency of the Earth
The data found on the internet do not all converge but what is certain is that the vibrational frequency of the earth is high and accelerating.
This rise in the vibrational frequency of the earth acts on several levels and in particular on Time. In other words, the higher the vibration, the faster the notion of time! Time is accelerating and will continue to accelerate more and more... without us being aware of it. More and more people, however, feel that everything is going faster and faster... They have the distinct impression that the days are getting shorter.

How to raise your vibrational frequency quickly and increase your vibrations?
1) Eat healthy and drink energized water
We cannot live without water. Water carries vibration, a source of energy.
In the same way, food is important for us, of course, but its vibration is what matters for the vitality of life.
Everything that lives must continue to vibrate. In other words, every cell must also continue to vibrate. For the vibration of living beings, food is important.
Every food has a certain vibration. Of course, each organ or cell in our body has its own vibration. The vibrations of food resonate with the vibrations of our organs and cells. Through this resonance of the organs and cells of the body, life continues.
To influence the many organs of the body with good vibrations, it is important to eat a variety of foods. From a nutritional point of view, we are told to eat a varied diet to avoid having an unbalanced diet. Therefore, we need to make our organs and cells resonate as much as possible with the vibrations coming from the food.

The benefits of vegetarianism are recognized and are part of a living approach to life. To eat meat is to eat death and to introduce it into oneself.
Even if the body sometimes needs years to regenerate itself completely, experience it and observe your inner state, your thoughts, your way of being.
2) Practice prayer and meditation

Knowing how to stop being influenced, fertilized and directed by a multitude of worlds outside of ourselves, but always returning to our own source can become a powerful healing force, not only for our lives, but for the lives of those around us and for humanity as a whole.
Take a moment during the day to settle down and meditate. Start with small 5-minute sessions; ideally, meditate for about 20 minutes after that.

3) Music
Singing is a powerful tool for healing and liberation. Sounds create waves, vibrations that touch the soul, the heart, heal and transform. We must not neglect the influence of sound vibrations in our lives.
Singing certain melodies is one of the highest protections and sound vibrations act powerfully in your life field and on your destiny.
Let yourself be inspired and guided by sacred sounds, bird songs, all the sounds of nature.
Choose the songs that uplift and inspire you!
Masaru Emoto, the famous Japanese professor, has scientifically demonstrated the impact of words, sounds and images on the quality of water.
And as we are 70% water, it is essential to communicate good information, good vibrations to our body.
Being sensitive, water reacts to beautiful images and music. The harmony of music played by an orchestra can reach every cell in our body and thus contribute to our health.
In his book "Water, memory of our emotions" he says:
"I believe that music has really healing effects. We feel soothed when we hear music, perhaps because the water in our body is soothed by hearing the music. Good music reaches each of our sixty trillion cells.

Later, I thought about the relationship between music and our bodies. In the medical field, there are more and more doctors who incorporate music therapy into their practice. They say that by listening to music, the patient speeds up the healing process. I am a strong supporter of this therapy. We are water. 4) Cultivate love and gratitude
Masaru Emoto has also dealt with the subject of love and gratitude, and has scientifically proven their effects.
In his book "the miracle of water", at the introduction, he explains:

5) Walking in nature
Being in contact with nature helps us to relax and reconnect to ourselves and to the present moment, improving our cognitive performance.
Cutting yourself off from living nature is cutting yourself off from your own inner nature. In our western civilizations, everything is done to cut us off from ourselves, to cut us off from others. Have you noticed that when you are in a waiting room, in public transport or elsewhere, everyone is riveted on the screen of his cell phone? We don't even dare to look at the people around us. It's crazy, isn't it?
This world that surrounds us aspires to capture us, to lock us in something dead, sterile. Our inner life is like petrified. The inner life? This word is even foreign to many people.

The diamond light is present every day since it is the hidden source behind all the colours.
To unite with the sun and the diamond ray :
In the realm of living nature, the representative of the diamond ray of light is the sun. It is not a matter of worshipping the outer sun, but of using it to awaken into a much higher reality that it reveals.
The hieroglyph of the sun rising every morning to overcome the darkness speaks to us of the higher consciousness that triumphs over the corruptible, mortal self and its dull consciousness.
To activate the diamond ray in you in the morning, unite with the sun by visualizing the sun of suns above you. It is the source of all light of intelligence, of all warmth of soul, of all strength of spirit. From him comes a ray that is your true being, your river of life.

Put also concretely, in your place of life or work, colors which are in harmony with your aspirations, your wishes, what you need to harmonize, to vivify, to balance, to welcome and to reinforce in you to accomplish the will of your soul...
7) Surround yourself with the energy of sacred geometry symbols or how to increase the vibrational frequency of a house
We talk a lot about the Flower of Life to increase the vibrational freqeuncy.
But you should know that all the symbols of sacred geometry have this ability to increase the vibrational frequency.
Today I will focus on the vibratory mandalas since they are contemporary and were created to raise us to the purest vibrations, to radiate luminous energies all around us.
They are bridges between the worlds and that is why they create balance in life.
An environment that radiates beauty is an open door to the world of the soul. The body knows this instinctively and seeks through the subtle senses that animate it to become wider, more ethereal, to integrate with the grandeur, to commune, to merge with it. It knows that by approaching the soul, it will find supreme happiness.
When the body feels that it is coming into contact with this other subtle world, a fire of enthusiasm is awakened in it which provokes an inner state and certain sensations.
Joy and happiness are states of mind provoked by the body which perceives the possibility of entering another reality.
Vibrational mandalas will help you to find this sacred link with the source, the world of the soul that vibrates in the living nature. They radiate pure vibrations that surround you with the harmony of the worlds.
There is not only a physical environment: there is also a magical or spiritual environment all around you and within you. Your desires, your feelings, your thoughts form around you landscapes, atmospheres, climates, lights which have influences on you and on your entourage.
Thus, cultivating beautiful thoughts in yourself can light the fire of enthusiasm and lead you to happiness. The high thought will give rise to a feeling and a desire. There are desires that extinguish the beauty in and around us. Make it a good habit to cultivate beautiful thoughts, those that lead the ugly to wisdom and make you stable and strong in your life.
I now propose a small concrete exercise:
Surround yourself with a mandala that inspires you.
Let its vibration of Light radiate in your home, in your place of prayer or work.
Regularly place yourself in front of it and let it fill you with its beneficial energy in order to regenerate yourself, to be strengthened and inspired in its light.
Let it shine in you.
Balance is the key
It is good that you know how to balance the worlds within you and around you so that there is no reactivity in the senses, thoughts, words, actions, gestures, decisions.
Wisdom is omnipresent and loves balance and the life that always restores and maintains balance.
Balance is the foundation of life, because always it allows to restore order and to move forward
The step advances and immediately there is an imbalance, but the step settles and the balance is restored. Likewise, speech brings about an imbalance, but silence remains. All this is simple, because it is balance that governs the world of happiness and one must always return to it and awaken in it.
Afterwards, there are many vibrations, because everything, absolutely everything in life is vibration, wavelength.
Man receives vibrations, but he also emits them.
There are low vibrations that lead to the total loss of mastery and balance. Man receives an impression, a look, a thought, a word and immediately reacts negatively, in total imbalance, enters the sphere of discontent and then of anger to finally break everything. It is then similar to a virus that enters the body and wants to destroy everything and lead it to anarchy, to imbalance without balance. Its objective is to break everything.
What we must understand is that illness is an imbalance in the vibratory system; this is why your ancestors treated with plants, fumigations, sounds, magnetism..., because they were trying to re-establish the vibratory balance.
If man is not able to master the vibrations of life, then he cannot live and eventually he will lose his health.
Health is a constant and harmonious vibratory degree.
The mastery of this vibratory degree is the first condition of health. If harmony reigns, if the body is well protected, then it can function in a permanent way without wearing out, without stress, in passivity.
Mastery is this permanence, this balance and this constancy.
Why raise your vibrational frequency?
The earth and the world in general constantly offer us images, contexts, experiences that plunge us into negative energies. Certain forces have chosen to lead mankind downwards, to degradation, to decay. This is a reality. Today it is more accessible, easier, even more natural to let ourselves be surrounded by the dark vibrations of fear, anger, stupidity, degradation.
It is fundamental today to know how to protect ourselves from these influences and to create within ourselves and all around us a luminous, harmonious field of life, a protection that keeps us aligned with the will of our soul, with what is great, noble and precious.
This is why it is important to surround yourself with vibrations that you wish to live with, to be nourished and inspired by, those that you wish to radiate all around you.
By being surrounded from the outside, but also filled from the inside with the purest vibrations, those that harmonize you with the intelligence of your soul and of a higher world, you become stronger inside in order to resist the negative energies that surround you.
What causes the vibrational frequency to drop?
As you can see, in order to put all the chances on your side to have a good vibrational frequency, the first thing to do is to chase away negative thoughts and emotions. Negative thoughts and emotions have this incredible capacity to make everything complicated. And the more we focus on what is wrong, the more we accentuate it and attract it to us. This is the law of attraction. So, cultivating a positive mind set and positive affirmations is a foundation.
Similarly, if you are a hard rock fan, I can only encourage you to listen to classical music. Everything emits a vibration, so surround yourself with positive and harmonious things.
Secondly, like it or not, healthy eating has a direct effect on your vital energy. If you are a big meat eater, try to reduce your consumption. This kind of food has a low vibrational frequency and don't forget that you are also ingesting all the stress of the animals... Energetically it's not great. Eat vegetables, fresh fruits to be in good health and shape.
Practicing sports activities, taking care of your physical body, or even just taking a good sunbath or a walk in the forest is an excellent way to take care of yourself.
To conclude
I would like to come back to this notion of diamond light that I mentioned earlier.
And I will end with this wonderful book on colours (see source below) where Omraam Mickaël Aïvanhov talks about entering the vibrations of light.

And so, I invite you to reflect on the true meaning of the vibrational frequency, and why we seek to increase it.
What if we tried to look at the subject differently?
What if in the end the objective of every human being was to find his true path of life and to harmonize with the forces that govern the cosmos and the living nature.
And by harmonizing with this diamond light, with his true self, he naturally radiates and harmonizes with the highest vibrations. His vibratory rate increases naturally, but as a result of small steps taken towards the path of his soul and not as a goal to be reached.
